It even works with missing or faulty hard drives. Since it runs on a USB stick, your existing computer is not altered and you’ll have access to all of your old files. You simply plug it in, restart your PC to boot into USB, and start using Xtra-PC!

Simple instructions for using Xtra-PC with windows XP to Windows 11, MAC OSX, Ubuntu, Chromium with restrictions,
- Make sure your computer is running on windows, MAC OSX, or any of the above
- Check that your PC, Laptop or Device can boot up or start on USB drive, this is known as BIOS configuration and is normally automatic
- Insert the Xtra-PC USB Stick into an open USB slot
- Navigate to the Windows File Explorer, MAC Finder or Deskview app to locate and open the attached Xtra-PC USB drive
- Double click on the file named : DoubleClickToUseXtraPC.exe
- Follow the on screen instructions
